We have purchased a condo (unit 5305) in Largo, FL, to be used primarily as a winter weather escape from Minnesota. You might call it our Snowbird House. We closed on the property on May 29, 2009. These photos were taken the week that we closed. The condo came fully furnished. The seller told us that "all you need to move in is your tooth brush and your clothes."
