2007 - Sep 19-21 - Philadelphia & area
Our journey continued with a route through Lancaster County, PA, to enjoy the Amish countryside, a fine meal at the Good-n-Plenty cafe, and shopping at the shops of Intercourse. Sep. 20 was spent in walks/talks in the historic Liberty Square and a hop on - hop off bus tour. A prominent landmark was the city hall and it's tower. The next day we traveled into Bucks County to see the Mercer Museum, Fonthill and the Moravian Pottery and Tile Works in Doylestown. The trip was well worth-while. A continued exploration of the roadways eventually brought us to the Frankenfield Covered Bridge.
